Our Basic Movements

Our CrossFit gym coaches over 138 functional exercise movements, setting us apart from other local Somerset West gyms. At CEY CrossFit, our main goal is to assist you in mastering the basic 9 movements that serve as the basis for all our exercises. Our aim is to help you become proficient in these fundamental movements within 1 to 2 months of joining our gym.
