CrossFit is high intensity functional movements that change constantly and is the representation of our daily tasks and challenges.
Think about the endurance of a runner. The speed of a sprinter. The body, balance and mobility of a gymnast. The strength of an Olympic lifter. The stamina of a cyclist.
Now we take the average working mom and dad, and use these elements of success to scale a program suited for their required level and the results are measure against:

  • better sleep
  • more energy
  • an increased level of stamina
  • endurance
  • strength
  • mobility
  • flexibility
  • core stability
  • stable blood sugar
  • low cholesterol
  • less body fat


Classes are 60 min long and consist of:

  • 5-10 min warm up
  • 10 min of practicing movements and standards before the workout
  • 10 min workout (Metcon)
  • 10 min of stretching
For the Beginner

As a beginner, you will be introduced to our 4 week beginners program where you will learn foundational movements based on the actual workout of the day, but scaled to meet your abilities.
You will then join the class for the Meton where you will perform the movement learned under the watchful eye of our assistant coach.
We get you to progress with assistance, time and a tailored program for at least your first month.

Standard Programming

Our next level would be the standard program which most people tend to acquire within the first 4 to
8 weeks from joining CrossFit for the first time. This is our most popular format.

Open and Qualifier Programming

Our third and fourth level are Open or Qualifier versions which a smaller percentage of our members grow into due to their consistent attendance over a period of 1 to 3 years.

Masters Programming

We also have a ‘Masters” program for members between the age of 50 and 60+.
It takes longer to warm up and prepare for a workout as well as pre caution a body in this age group and we have seen significant results through this programmed effort by our coaching staff.
